Do you ship live coral?

Yes. Shipment timing can depend on livestock readiness, destination weather and carrier conditions. See Shipping & Weather.

What if livestock arrives in poor condition?

Document the condition with clear photos and contact us promptly. Eligible orders are subject to the current Live Arrival Guarantee terms.

When do qualifying orders ship?

Qualifying in-stock orders placed before 4 PM EST are eligible for same-day shipping, subject to weather, carrier availability and operational conditions.

Is free shipping available?

Qualifying orders over $299 receive free ground shipping where that service is available and appropriate for the order.
