Shipping & Weather

Live reef livestock requires more than putting a box on a truck. We plan shipments around livestock condition, destination weather and carrier conditions whenever possible.

Order timing

Qualifying in-stock orders placed before 4 PM EST are eligible for same-day shipping, subject to weather, livestock readiness, carrier availability and other operational conditions.

Free ground shipping

Qualifying orders over $299 receive free ground shipping where that service is available and appropriate for the order.

Weather holds

If temperatures or severe weather could put livestock at unnecessary risk, shipment may be held until a safer window is available. We would rather delay a shipment than knowingly send livestock into poor conditions.

When carrier tracking is available, use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation. You can also visit the Track Order page.

Live arrival

Eligible livestock orders are subject to our Live Arrival Guarantee and its current claim requirements.
