We take live-livestock shipping seriously. Eligible livestock orders are covered by the current Ohgee Live Arrival Guarantee when the order and claim meet the posted eligibility requirements.

If something arrives in poor condition

Document the condition as soon as possible with clear photos of the livestock and packaging, keep the order information available, and contact us promptly through the Contact page.
